The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children, popularly known as WIC, is a nutrition program for pregnant, breastfeeding women and families with children younger than 5.

They come to Fredericksburg once a week at the Heart of the Hills Center.

The Love and Logic Institute is dedicated to making parenting and teaching fun and rewarding, instead of stressful and chaotic.
